Roasted salmon is one of my favorite go-to dinners because it's so easy to make, and it turns out absolutely delicious every time. Experimenting with different salmon preparations is fun, too. There are so many creative salmon recipes (my honey garlic salmon and my lemon dill salmon recipes are among my favorites), but this easy recipe for smoked paprika roasted salmon is amazing. Only six ingredients!

The bold flavor of smoked paprika adds serious punch to the salmon. I also added a bit of garlic and turmeric for an even more savory taste. The orange juice adds sweetness and the olive oil helps to keep the fish moist.

Once you’ve added all the ingredients to the baking pan, the rest is a breeze. Salmon cooks quickly; be sure to pay attention to the timing in order to bake your salmon to your desired level of doneness. I usually roast my salmon for about 15 to 20 minutes, which gets this delicious seafood dinner on the table in less than a half hour. You can't beat that!

I served this savory smoked paprika salmon recipe with fresh avocado slices, which was a nice, creamy balance to the bold flavor of the fish. So easy, healthy and delicious!
